I haven’t even had my procedure yet, I’m having oral surgery next week; but the process of getting me up to that point could not possibly be any better. Dr. Matthews is the genuine article he wants to give everyone whatever it is they want or need. You can’t lose when you have someone who is truly living out what it is their passionate about and if you spend just a few minutes talking with Dr. Matthews, you know that is the case I’ve had nothing but fear and anxiety around Dentist my entire life and I’m about to have the biggest dental experience of my life and I am actually looking forward to it. I want to thank Miss Whitney as well for her detailed explanation of services finances and all the fine print that goes along with what Dr. Matthews does, and I am sure that everyone else that serves in that office shares the same attitude. I would recommend them to everyone I know

I had an amazing experience Dr. Chris did a fantastic job identifying the issue causing the discomfort and we discussed great options. Jorge, the hygienist was very thorough and he did a great job discussing a long term preventative plan. But Kyla brought all together and took the time to double check my plan. Kyla helped put together a great plan for my long term dental care. She is so so and understands that I my money isn’t having a great year. But she was able find ways to start the process and keep my finances in mind. This a great team!!

I called Aspen Dental to schedule an appointment at 12:10 and my appointment was the same day at 12:45. I have an excessive amount of dental anxiety — so bad that I was terrified to even step foot in the building. The entire staff was super friendly, patient, and comforting. But Dr. Matthew? Wow. Dr. Matthew is literally the best dentist I’ve ever interacted with. He was beyond gentle and helped ease my pain. He explained things in ways I could understand and gave me multiple treatment options. I’ve most definitely found my new dentist. I can not recommend Aspen Dental of Tyler enough. Thank you, Dr. Matthew

AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I didnt wait long at all to be seen. The technicians were very nice and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Matthew explained everything to me so I understood what was going on and what needed to be done. They made me feel normal and not judged for having problems with my teeth. They offer third party payment plans to help you get the care you need if youre uninsured like me. It was only $29 for my exam included xrays and pictures of my teeth. The Oral Hygenist also looked at my gums. Everyone is so professional and so knowledgeable. I felt cared for and I will be back to get treatment. Thank you to everyone at Aspen! To anyone reading this. Go to the dentist. Its important. We think our teeth with last forever just by brushing them but thats far from true.... we need check ups we need a professional to clean and identify problems before it goes too far. Nothing is better than keeping your own teeth.... trust me..... just go to the dentist.

I visited Aspen Dental recently with the expectation of receiving a routine cleaning. I’m working in town for several months and already have a dentist back home, so my goal was simply to get a cleaning to hold me over until I return to my regular provider. Unfortunately, the experience was not what I expected. I understand that every office has its own scheduling process, but in my experience, both with my home dentist and other local offices I contacted, appointments are typically only made when the requested service can actually be provided. Other dental offices in the area were upfront about their availability, with one booking out until May and another until August. Aspen was my last resort, and I went in believing I would be able to receive the cleaning I requested. Instead, I was given X‑rays and then informed that the cleaning I needed would not be covered by my plan and that the only available services were significantly more expensive. I was presented with prices that honestly left me shocked. It felt like a money grab to bill my insurance for X‑rays despite knowing I wouldn’t be able to receive the service I came in for.
